SUPER DECAL FOR 5 VERSIONS - COLOR INSTRUCTION SHEET

PILOT NOT INCLUDED

Designed in the first part of the 1930s by the famous engineer Rosatelli, the Fiat CR 32 was powered by a 600 bhp 12-cylinder V engine, allowing it to reach 375 km/h. Among the most famous biplanes in the history of aviation, it was characterized by extraordinary maneuverability. It was also robust and well-armed for the historical period thanks to the two 12.7 mm Breda-Safat machine guns, which fired through the propeller disc. During the Spanish Civil War, the Fiat CR 32 had its baptism of fire with the Aviazione Legionaria. It immediately prevailed over the monoplane fighters of Soviet manufacture such as the Polikarpov I-16 which equipped the republican aviation departments. Thanks to the extraordinary maneuverability and the training of the Italian pilots, the CR 32 also prevailed over aircraft with a more modern and current conception. Even the fast, for those years, Soviet-made Tupolev SB-2 bomber, believed to be safe from interception thanks to its speed, suffered numerous losses during the air clashes with the "Chirri" of the Legionary Air Force.
